End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Shubham Gupta trading as Watch Dog ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Watch Dog browser extension ("Software") on devices you own or control, or that your organization manages via MDM, solely in accordance with your plan and the Terms of Service.

2. MDM & organization deployment

If you are an organization admin, you may silently deploy the Software via Chrome enterprise/MDM policies to managed browsers. You are responsible for informing users that upload scanning and policy enforcement may occur, and for complying with employment and privacy laws in your jurisdictions.

3. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing technical controls except where mandatory law allows.
• No redistributing, reselling, or hosting the Software as a service for third parties except under an authorized MSP/partner agreement.
• No removing proprietary notices.
• No using the Software to scan files you are not authorized to access.
• No attempting to extract or exfiltrate other tenants' data.

4. Ownership

The Software, including updates, documentation, and branding, remains Licensor's property. Customer policies, rule configurations, and audit metadata remain the customer's property as between the parties.

5. Updates

We may deliver automatic updates via the Chrome Web Store or your deployment channel. Updates may change features; material entitlement reductions for paid plans will be handled under the Terms or MSA.

6. No guarantee of detection

The Software assists with identifying potentially sensitive uploads. It may miss sensitive content or flag benign content. You remain responsible for your security program.

7. Termination

This license ends when you uninstall the Software or when your Terms/MSA rights end. On termination you must cease use and remove managed deployments.
