Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Watch Dog and forms part of the Terms of Service or applicable MSA.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure or other tenants
• Bypass or disable security or billing controls
• Use the service to surveil individuals without a lawful basis and required notices
• Upload malware or attempt to poison detection logic to harm others
• Resell or white-label the service except under a written partner agreement
• Misrepresent your identity or organization when purchasing or requesting a DPA/security review
• Use Watch Dog to build a competing product via systematic scraping of non-public features

3. Enforcement
